Conference Facility in NorthWest Austin/Cedar Park

The Bachus meeting facility has an excellent layout which can accommodate a variety of business needs. There is a large Conference Hall and a smaller Meeting Room. The Lobby is convenient for registration and light refreshments.

Conference Hall - Classroom Style

The Conference Hall is approximately 3,000 sq ft and can comfortably seat approximately 60 participants with seminar tables and padded folding chairs. The large floor-level stage area can accommodate the presenter and exhibits.

Conference Hall - Theater Style

Theater Style: The Conference Hall can seat up to 125 participants. There is plenty of additional space in the Hall for additional seating or for audience participation activities.


Meeting Room

The 457 sq ft Meeting Room is adjacent to the Conference Hall and is appropriate for small meetings, receptions, coffee breaks, snack breaks or lunch.

  • Seminar Training Style: comfortable seating for 16 to 24

Lobby

The 600 sq ft entry Lobby is adjacent to the Conference Hall and is appropriate for check-in or registering participants, distributing papers, socializing and light refreshments.
